Agricultural and greenhouse coverings, second layer greenhouse covering, silo bag covering, plain and colored malch coverings are among the main products of Javaneh Poosh Parseh Company.
The presence of numerous problems with single-layer films has led us to produce three-layer films. By employing coextrusion technology, it is possible to achieve the best coverage by collecting diverse properties in each layer.
Why three-layer films? The purpose of using three-layer technology is to combine the beneficial properties of different polymers in a multi-layer structure. For example, the use of EVA and metallocene polyethylene materials increases tear resistance, creates transparent and heat-insulating films in the products manufactured by Javaneh Poosh Parseh Company.
These properties determine the resistance of greenhouse coverings to mechanical and environmental stresses during use, including:
– Tensile strength: Determines the resistance of the greenhouse covering and the variations in its behavior under pressure or tensile stress.
– Tear strength: Determines the resistance of the greenhouse covering to the development of stress and tear growth.
– Impact resistance: Determines the mechanical resistance of the greenhouse covering to sudden mechanical stresses.
– Creep resistance: Indicates the response of the greenhouse covering to mechanical stresses.
Matte appearance (indicating light transmission)
Transparency (indicating light transmission through the covering)
Glossiness (indicating light reflection from the surface of the covering)
Resistance to degradation caused by UV radiation, which is one of the most important factors affecting the durability of greenhouse coverings.
This property includes chemical resistance against external factors such as toxins, pesticides, fertilizers, additives, environmental pollution, and moisture. It directly affects the performance of UV stabilizers. For example, the use of toxins containing sulfur, chloride, and iron can significantly reduce the properties of these stabilizers.
The packaging used for greenhouse coverings at Javaneh Poosh Parseh Company is multi-layer and light-resistant. This increases the shelf life and maintains the initial quality of the coverings during storage. Additionally, impact-resistant protective layers are incorporated into the packaging to prevent damage to the product during handling and transportation.
Javaneh Poosh Parseh’s three-layer coverings are produced with widths ranging from 1 to 12 meters, thicknesses of 50 to 300 microns, and customizable lengths (standard length of 55 meters) to meet customer requirements.
This feature includes uniform diffusion and scattering of light inside the greenhouse, which ensures uniform photosynthesis throughout the greenhouse and eliminates shading of tall plants in the greenhouse.
The use of these additives prevents the escape of thermal waves from inside to outside the greenhouse, as well as reduces damages and issues caused by frost, resulting in cost savings in greenhouse heating.
Light transmission refers to the amount of transmitted light from the outside environment to the inside of the greenhouse. The maximum useful light transmission occurs in the spectrum range of 400 to 700 nanometers (P.A.R), which is necessary for plant photosynthesis.
This type of covering is produced with a thickness of about 50 microns to maintain the temperature of the greenhouse and reduce fuel consumption during the night. Additionally, additives such as AF and IR can be used in this type of covering.
Droplets formed on the inner surface of greenhouse films, due to water condensation (15 to 30 percent humidity), reduce light transmission and can lead to the occurrence of certain diseases, negatively affecting the quality and growth of plants. The use of Anti-Drip additives gradually redirects the accumulated droplets towards the greenhouse covering walls instead of dripping onto the plants. This promotes higher crop yield, creates appropriate lighting conditions in the greenhouse, reduces the use of pesticides and toxins, and helps reduce diseases.
Dryness and water scarcity are among the most significant constraints in agricultural production, leading to reduced yields and economic losses in most cases. Mulch, with its polyethylene structure that retains and preserves soil moisture, allows for optimal water use in row crops. As a result, with the stored water, the crop area can be increased, or with additional water supply to the plants, the yield can be increased. Black-silver mulch, made of polyethylene, offers the highest efficiency and is more cost-effective, reducing water consumption by 30% to 50% between two plants.
Advantages of using mulch covers from Javaneh Poosh Parseh Company:
– Significant reduction in water consumption compared to other cultivation methods.
– Considerable reduction in surface evaporation of the soil.
– Prevention of moisture and heat stress in the soil.
– Prevention of accumulation of beneficial salts for plant growth at the soil surface.
– 100% weed control.
– Control of the jalliseh flower pest, which is the most important factor in preventing tomato plant growth.
– Reduction of moisture movement from the soil depth to the surface.
– Cost reduction in the maintenance phase (labor, pesticides, and chemical fertilizers).
– Improvement of soil fertility.
Silobag is a protective covering used for packaging and storing forage and (processed and raw) grains for an extended period using packaging machinery. Silobag is a suitable option for compost packaging, protecting wet and dry products, while preserving their nutritional value and preventing their spoilage. The specifications of the silobag produced by Javaneh Poosh Parseh Company are as follows: widths ranging from 50 centimeters to 12 meters, thicknesses ranging from 30 microns to 500 microns, along with necessary additives for the cover’s resistance to unfavorable environmental conditions (Anti-UV, Anti-Fog).
