Guidance for the installation and maintenance conditions of the greenhouse cover of Joane Posh Parse Company based on Appendix C (Notice)
National Standard of Iran No. 1-21558
1-1 During delivery, check the roll carefully to find any obvious defects, if any defects are found, take the necessary measures. It is worth mentioning that the roll or sheet should be transported horizontally, not on the ground or Any other surface should be drawn.
1-2 The film should be stored in a cool, covered place, horizontally and away from any chemical substances and in the factory's original packaging, and its storage period by the end user should be limited to less than three months.
1-2 Install the film in calm and moderate weather, in the cool hours of the day and when there is no wind.
2-2 The pipes must be galvanized and free of any sharp angles so as not to tear the film and not be covered with chemicals that may change the properties of the film.
2-3 wire nets or wires must be galvanized, replace any wire with rust effect on it, the number of wires must be sufficient, to prevent the wires from vibrating and the risk of film perforation, the wires must be uniformly be drawn
2-4 Avoid using black and dark straps and belts that can lead to thermal destruction of the covering film, also the color of the structure should not be dark and black. There should not be any chemical residues (oil, petroleum-based materials, toxins, sulfur solutions, etc.) on the structure's skeleton.
2-5 If there is a difference between the inner and outer surfaces of the film, be sure to pay attention to the labels on the packaging regarding the direction of installation.
2-6 Before opening the roll or sheet, make sure that there are no objects on the ground that may tear or puncture the film, so that you can collect them if necessary.
7-2 Avoid walking directly on the film or placing objects used for montage, such as ladders, on it. During installation, if the cover is torn or punctured, it must be repaired with special adhesives for the greenhouse film, otherwise it will increase the tear and damage of the cover.
2-8 The film should be stretched enough to prevent it from shaking in the wind. It should be noted that the film should not be stretched too much to cause an increase in length. Improper stretching can lead to premature mechanical destruction of the film.
2-9 In tunnels where the film is installed transversely, the widths of the rolls should overlap at least 50 cm and the cover should be installed in the opposite direction of the wind.
2-10 In the tunnels where the film is installed longitudinally, spread the surface tension evenly in the film using intermediate clamps, tension tools or smoothing devices. Metal rail and spring mechanism is used, polyethylene tape or another layer of the same greenhouse plastic should be used between the spring and the plastic so that the plastic does not get torn. Meanwhile, after finishing the work, make sure that the film is not damaged during installation.
2-11 In order to avoid any risk of thermal destruction, any equipment such as irrigation equipment or heating pipes should not come into contact with the film.
2-12 PVC strips and rubber tubes should not be in contact with plastic because PVC releases chlorine and causes faster tearing of the greenhouse cover and is not included in the warranty.
3-1 Immediately after installing the film, the outer surface of the film in contact with the support must be protected. For each type of film, a white matte layer of plastic (vinyl acrylic) should be used to cover the support. Emulsion paints in which an organic solvent has been used should not be used. Painting should be done in dry weather.
2-3 The buyer should insulate the cover collection tubes as much as possible with polyethylene foam or linen cloth, because metal has a greater ability to conduct cold and heat than the cover, and during the hot seasons it is too hot and in The cold seasons are too cold and this causes drying and bursting of the coating in the place of the collector pipes, and as a result, it causes serious and irreparable damage to the entire coating, which can be solved by using insulating foam. Note Have to do the loosening and tightening of the collector pipes in the cool hours of the day, usually early in the morning or after sunset.
3-3 To prevent excessive heat inside the greenhouse, which has a negative effect on the life of the film, proper ventilation of the greenhouse is necessary, even when there are no crops in it. Therefore, after installing the cover, start cultivation with an interval of 10 to 20 days. In the seasons when cultivation is not done in the greenhouse, in order to prevent plastic rot, the humidity inside the greenhouse should be maintained by irrigation, and to prevent abnormal temperature increase or decrease. Proper ventilation should also be done. If the greenhouse is empty of crops and without moisture, the plastic of the greenhouse will rot quickly. It should be mentioned that greenhouses that do not have a cooling system (pad and fan) in hot seasons are not included in the warranty.
3-4 One of the ways to reduce the light entering the greenhouse is to use shading nets (shade), in order to use the shade net correctly, a structure with a height of at least 50 to 80 cm should be created on the main structure of the greenhouse, and then a net He installed the shade on it. Spreading the netting of the shade on the greenhouse cover, which is accompanied by direct contact of the shade with the cover, over time, based on the increase of heat absorption by the shade and its transfer to the cover, will cause the loss of the greenhouse cover.
3-5 Another way to reduce light entering the greenhouse is to use opaque white colors (water-soluble plastic colors), it should be noted that these colors reduce the passage of the light spectrum needed for plant growth, after After the summer, all colors should be removed from the coating without using any detergents and only with water.
6-3 Avoid sprinkling lime water solution, mel or mud on the greenhouse in hot seasons in order to reduce the temperature of the greenhouse. Failure to comply with this point will reduce the lifespan of the plastic.
3-7 Using materials to protect crops (herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, etc.) can cause the release of chemical compounds that have a negative effect on the effectiveness of stabilizers against UV rays and the effectiveness of the base polymer. affect, the use of chemical substances containing sulfur, bromine, chlorine, fluorine and petroleum substances must be done in accordance with the following limits determined by the manufacturer of UV additives, and in case of excessive use, determined and determined If it is done by the relevant laboratory, the coverage will not be included in the warranty.
Important points
Before installing the cover on the greenhouse, the buyer is obliged to keep one meter of the purchased cover with all the labels of the product specifications until the end of the warranty period. Meanwhile, the start of the warranty is according to the date of the purchase invoice.
The guarantee of greenhouse covers is only against damage and breaking and crushing of the cover against the ultraviolet rays of the sun.
Tearing at the place of installation of the cover on the structure (stiffening pipes, locking spring or the place where the aluminum fastener is connected to the structure) is not included in the warranty.
In greenhouses where the cover is used to repair part of the greenhouse, the cover is not included in the warranty.
Periodically inspect the appearance of the film and the greenhouse and take corrective measures if necessary.
The above contents are based on specialized studies, scientific researches and practical experiences based on Annex C (Informative) of the Iranian National Standard No. 1-21558 to prevent damage to the greenhouse cover and to protect the interests and prevent material and moral damages to you greenhouse owners. Dear, it has been edited, so please follow the above points carefully.
